I don't think Mom ever shared all of the shots from my time in Escanaba with the O'Connell/Gunsten crew. Videos, yes. Pics, no. So here it is... Wow - did we have a blast.
I met cousin Walter for the first time. Loved him!
We wore our bones for Barbara.
I met Maeve and Molly too. Maeve was a great big cousin.
Uncle Pete treated some of the olds (and Maeve) to a spin on the Lightning.
They topped 55 miles per hour!

Mom and Maeve shared a moustache - prior to Movember!
They stopped by the harbor to drop off the boys and Maeve took a spin in the seaweed cart. Weeeeeeeee!
Then they picked up the grandmas. (Who love their brew.)
Mom and Grandma.
They had the best view - Mom misses Lake Michigan so much...
Later that night, we celebrated Molly's 33rd. So many candles, it took a blow torch to light. Good thing cuz Maeve was in the house. Safety patrol!
What did I do the rest of the time? Well, I spent a lot of time by the fire, modeling my Grandma Betty's television watching habits and hopefully, not developing my dad's pyro-characteristics.
I also hung out with the grandpas. I couldn't remember who was who!
Much like everyone else who meets them at the same time.

But then Mom explained that Grandpa Bill is actually Ozzy, so I think I have it figured out.
Here we are with Ozzy, aka Special.
I also spent time giggling at Uncle Pete's antics. He's great.
Ahhhh, Escanaba. Love it.
And all my cousins!
