Welcome Anya Marais Braun

Yesterday, high school pal Nicki and husband Eric welcomed baby girl Anya Marais. Born at 12:48 p.m., she was 7 pounds, 2 ounces and 18 inches long.

I am so excited to celebrate this new family. It's a different kind of joy, now that I am a mother. I can relate to the overwhelming emotion they're feeling. The newness of it all. Having a baby does change everything. But in a good way.


When I started Enlarging Marge it was to keep my far-away family close. It served its purposed but continues to be a bridge between my loved ones and me. Thank you for following our adventures and celebrating this crazy, wonderful life.
